Excellent service car as described

Booked via another site but fitted by Bal. He turned up on time and got straight on with fitting my head unit. Had an issue on the way home causing me to return where Bal tried his best to sort. Not 100% sure what it was as over the coming week I returned the head unit for an exchange, had a new expensive AGM battery fitted and the expensive MOST wiring was replaced. One of these worked as the head unit has had no issues since. Bal couldn't have been more helpful, I live 50 miles from the unit and he would answer any issues over the phone. Highly recommended.....

Put a deposit down on a car from Bal at the end of Feb. Whilst getting the MOT done, Bal explained a few issues had been identfiied that he wanted to put right before allowing me to have the car. Not ideal but I didn't mind waiting an extra 2 weeks for the car.

Finally picked it up start of March - car was as described and work had been fixed. However, 2 days later the fault (which was meant to have been fixed, came back). I called Bal and he assured me he would sort the repair out for me.

I arranged for my own mechanic to do the work and Bal covered the cost. Amazing trader and I would defo recommend to anyone looking to purchase a motor from him.

He was honest and came true to his word. I cannot thank him enough for resolving the issue with no hassle.

Truly bespoke in everything these guys do! From the minute I arrived, the level of care and service was second to none. The owner of the company Bal was very approachable and made sure that a clear picture was painted of the products and services they offer. I will definitely be coming back. Extremely happy with my new Audi RS6!
